Terms and Conditions — 444 x Online Gaming Platform

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute the complete legal agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and 444 x ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") regarding your use of the website at 444x.im, all subdomains, mobile interfaces, associated applications and services provided thereunder.

By accessing any part of the 444 x platform — including browsing the website, registering an account, making a deposit, participating in any game or promotion, or contacting customer support — you confirm that you have read, understood and irrevocably agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

These Terms apply alongside our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific promotion terms published on the platform. In cases of conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms take precedence for matters covered by that promotion only.

To register an account on 444 x, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age. 444 x does not permit persons under 18 to register, play or receive prizes under any circumstances.
• You are registering voluntarily for personal, recreational use — not on behalf of another person and not as a commercial operator or agent.
• You are not a resident of, or physically located in, a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by applicable law at the time you access the platform.
• You have not previously been permanently self-excluded from 444 x or any linked platform. A permanent self-exclusion is final and cannot be reversed by the player.
• You are not an employee, contractor, director or immediate family member of any employee of 444 x or any affiliated entity.
• The personal information you provide during registration is accurate, complete and current. You are responsible for keeping your registration details updated.

Registration requires providing a valid phone number, a valid email address and creating a secure password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. 444 x will never ask for your password via phone, email or live chat.

Identity Verification (KYC): Before processing your first withdrawal, 444 x requires identity verification. You will be asked to submit a copy of a valid Pakistani national identity document (CNIC) and proof of the payment method used. Accounts that fail to complete KYC within 30 days of a withdrawal request may have the withdrawal held pending document submission.

Each person may hold only one registered account on 444 x. One account per household address is the standard limit. If our systems detect multiple accounts associated with the same person, device, IP address, phone number, payment method or household address, 444 x reserves the right to merge those accounts, close duplicate accounts and forfeit any bonuses claimed across multiple accounts.

• You are solely responsible for all activity on your account. 444 x is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access where you have shared or failed to protect your credentials.
• Your account balance is non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer or assign your account to another person.
• If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify 444 x support immediately via the official contact channels listed on the platform.
• Inactive accounts (no login for 12 consecutive months) may be subject to a monthly inactivity maintenance fee of Rs 100, deducted from the remaining balance, after written notice is sent to your registered email.
• Account balances of Rs 0 inactive for 24 months may be closed without further notice.

All financial transactions on 444 x are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports the following payment methods:

• Withdrawals must be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, unless that method does not support payouts, in which case an alternative verified method may be used.
• 444 x may request additional identity or source-of-funds documentation before processing withdrawals above Rs 1,00,000 in a single transaction or Rs 5,00,000 in a rolling 30-day period.
• Deposits made with bonus intent must meet the applicable rollover requirement before any portion of the balance may be withdrawn. The specific rollover requirement is stated in the relevant promotion's terms.
• 444 x does not charge deposit or withdrawal fees on its end. Your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges which are outside our control.
• Any deposit that cannot be verified or that is suspected of originating from fraudulent activity will be returned to the source payment method and the relevant account investigated.

All bonuses and promotions offered by 444 x are subject to these general terms as well as the specific terms published for each individual promotion. Where specific promotion terms exist, they take precedence over general bonus rules stated here.

• Welcome Bonus: The welcome bonus is available to new players on their first qualifying deposit only. One welcome bonus per person, per household, per device and per payment method. Eligibility cannot be retrospectively claimed after a deposit is made without using the bonus opt-in.
• Rollover Requirement: All bonus funds carry a rollover (wagering) requirement stated as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., 20x). Until the rollover is completed, bonus funds cannot be withdrawn. Rollover calculations count only real-money wagers; wagering with bonus funds counts towards rollover at a rate specified per game type in the promotion terms.
• Game Contribution: Different games contribute to rollover at different rates. Slots typically contribute 100%; table games including Roulette and Baccarat typically contribute 10–20%; specific contribution rates are listed in each promotion's terms page on 444 x.
• Bonus Expiry: All bonuses have an expiry period from the date of credit. Any uncompleted rollover or unused bonus balance after expiry is forfeited. Expiry periods are stated per promotion.
• Maximum Withdrawal from Bonus Winnings: Unless a promotion specifies otherwise, the maximum amount withdrawable from winnings generated solely through bonus funds (not your own deposited balance) is capped at 10x the bonus amount. For example, a Rs 1,000 bonus can generate a maximum of Rs 10,000 in withdrawable bonus winnings.
• Abuse Prevention: 444 x reserves the right to decline, cancel or reclaim any bonus where bonus abuse, collusion, arbitrage or manipulation is detected. This includes placing bets on multiple outcomes to guarantee a low-risk rollover completion.

By participating in any game on 444 x — whether slots, live casino, Ludo, Roulette, Crash Games or any other game — you confirm that you understand and accept the rules of that game as displayed within the game interface.

• All game outcomes are final once a round is completed and the result is confirmed. 444 x does not reverse or alter completed game outcomes except in cases of verified technical malfunction.
• In the event of a technical failure or disconnection during a game round, 444 x will use server-side records to determine the outcome. If records are insufficient to determine a fair result, the disputed round's stake will be refunded to the player's balance.
• Displayed jackpot amounts, odds and RTP figures are accurate at the time of display but may be updated. The figures applicable to a specific game round are those recorded server-side at the moment that round starts.
• Ludo Games on 444 x follow standard Ludo rules with platform-specific modifications as displayed in the game rules section. Tournament formats, matchmaking procedures and prize distribution rules are published within the relevant tournament lobby.
• Crash Games results are determined server-side using a certified provably fair algorithm. Players may verify outcomes using the seed values provided in the game history section of their account.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per game and per table. Bets placed outside these limits will be rejected or adjusted to the nearest valid amount.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 444 x and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and, where applicable, referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or assisting another person to register a duplicate account to exploit bonuses or circumvent restrictions.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any form of artificial intelligence to access, play or interact with the platform in a way that gives an unfair advantage or circumvents normal play mechanics.
• Collusion between players — including coordinated betting, deliberate loss feeding and chip dumping in competitive games such as Ludo tournaments.
• Exploiting errors, glitches or unintended features in any game for financial gain. Any winnings generated through a known bug or glitch will be voided.
• Using the platform to launder money or to process funds of criminal origin. 444 x complies with applicable AML obligations and reports suspicious activity to relevant authorities.
• Providing false information during registration, KYC or any customer support interaction.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is illegal, by means of VPN, proxy or any other method of location obfuscation.
• Any form of harassment, threats or abusive behaviour directed at platform staff, live dealers or other players via any communication channel.

444 x is committed to responsible gaming. We provide the following tools to help players manage their gambling, all of which are accessible directly from your account dashboard at no charge:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits. Once set, limits cannot be increased until a mandatory cooling-off period (minimum 7 days for increases) has elapsed.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure automatic notifications after a playing session of your chosen duration — 30 minutes, 60 minutes, 2 hours or custom.
• Temporary Self-Exclusion: Close your account for a defined period — 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days or 90 days. During exclusion, login is disabled and all marketing communications are suspended.

• Personal data collected includes registration information, device identifiers, transaction history, game logs and customer support communications.
• Data is not sold to third parties. It is shared only with licensed game providers and payment processors as necessary to operate the platform, and with regulatory authorities where required by law.
• You have the right to request a copy of the data 444 x holds about you. Submit such requests to the email address listed in Section 15.

All content on the 444 x platform — including the brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, marketing materials, text content and software — is the intellectual property of 444 x or its licensed providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark and intellectual property law.

• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from or commercially exploit any part of the 444 x platform without prior written permission.
• Game content is licensed to 444 x by third-party game providers. Respective intellectual property rights remain with those providers.
• The 444 x name, logo and associated marks may not be used in any form — including on social media, affiliate sites or personal communications — without prior written authorisation.

444 x provides its platform and services on an "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 444 x excludes liability for:

• Losses arising from technical failures, scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, internet connectivity interruptions or third-party service outages outside 444 x's reasonable control.
• Indirect, consequential or incidental losses including loss of profits or opportunity resulting from use of or inability to use the platform.
• Decisions made by players based on information displayed on the platform, including jackpot meters, odds displays or promotional material subject to terms and conditions.
• Losses resulting from a player's failure to maintain the security of their account credentials.

444 x's total liability to any player arising out of or in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the net deposits made by that player in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

444 x reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any player account where:

• A player is found to have violated any section of these Terms.
• Suspicious, fraudulent or potentially criminal activity is detected on the account.
• The account is subject to a chargebacks dispute from a payment provider, pending resolution.
• Identity verification documents are not provided within the required timeframe.
• The player requests self-exclusion through any of the tools described in Section 8.
• 444 x determines, in its reasonable judgement, that continued account operation poses a risk to the platform's integrity or to the player's welfare.

In cases of account closure due to breach of terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited after investigation. Where the account is closed for reasons not related to player breach, the verified balance (excluding any unsettled bonus funds) will be returned to the player's registered payment method within 5 business days.

444 x reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, registered players will be notified by email to their registered address and/or by a prominent notice displayed on the platform at next login.

• Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
• If you do not agree with an amendment, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure before the amendment's effective date without penalty.
• The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Prior versions of these Terms are available on request from customer support.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which 444 x is licensed. Any dispute arising from your use of the platform that cannot be resolved through our customer support process shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable gaming authority.

• In the first instance, all disputes should be raised with 444 x customer support using the contact details in Section 15. We commit to responding to all formal complaints within 5 business days.
• If a dispute is not resolved to your satisfaction within 30 days of formal complaint submission, you may escalate to the relevant independent dispute resolution body as notified to you by 444 x.
• Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection law.
